Our Administrator

Courtney has had a dedicated career in assisted living. Starting as a CNA and getting to work hands-on with her residents, Courtney displayed a passion for her work and for the people. So, it was no surprise that she found herself in leadership quickly. Courtney has held various positions including CNA, Activities Director, Resident Care Coordinator, Assistant Administrator, and an Administrator. 

Courtney has been at the forefront, ushering in a new standard of living and care in the assisted living field. Courtney’s unwavering care for residents is apparent in her everyday work. Courtney has a true passion for seniors and helping in every aspect. Courtney is a Jack-Of-All trades at Beacon Crest. There isn’t much that she can’t do whether its jumping in to help out on the floor or even with maintenance. Courtney has been with Beacon Crest since its opening, and she truly shares in the vison that has become Beacon Crest. She is undoubtably invested in and considers her Beacon Crest staff and residents as family.

While not at Beacon Crest, Courtney is a proud wife and mother of four children, three girls and one boy. They often spend time outdoors, 4 wheeling, camping, hiking, and fishing. In her spare time at home, Courtney enjoys baking, decorating cakes, crafting, cooking, playing games and loves a good family movie night, especially Disney!
