Rosa began her career working in the senior living communities as a Certified Nursing Assistant taking care of residents.  She has also previously held the position of Activities Director. She enjoys the one on one time with the residents, listening to their stories, and having fun doing g activities with them.  She immediately fell in love with the senior community.    

Rosa started her career with Beacon Crest as an Activities Assistant.  It didn’t take long to realize her talents and dedication and she was soon promoted to the Assistant Administrator position.  Rosa loves getting to know our residents and learning about their lives. She enjoys helping them have their best days.

When not with her Beacon Crest family, she loves spending time with her daughter and watching Disney movies on repeat.  She also enjoys the outdoors, especially camping with family and friends.
